1. REPRESENTATIONS
The user represents:
– That access to this website is the user’s responsibility
– To be of legal age and have full capacity to formalize the reservation, stating that they understand and comprehend all the conditions found on this site
– That the data provided when formalizing the reservation is true, complete, and concise.
– That they confirm the requested reservation and especially the indicated dates, the number of rooms, people, accommodation, and the chosen regime according to the offer of this
2. ACCOMMODATION
Room type: Single or double Superior category ROH.
Includes:
– Buffet breakfast at the chef’s choice.
– Taxes and food services.
3. HOTEL INTERNAL POLICIES
It is strictly prohibited:
– To bring external food and beverages inside the events scheduled in the hotel facilities; doing so will incur a corkage fee or penalty.
– Smoking in rooms or any area of the hotel.
– The company is not responsible for objects, equipment, or materials left or forgotten in its facilities.
4. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
– Check-in time: 3:00 PM
– Check-out time: 12:00 PM
– Early arrivals and late check-outs are subject to availability and the rate determined by the hotel.
– A guarantee with a credit card or cash will be requested for additional services.
– Any person over 11 years of age will be considered an extra person within the room and must pay the corresponding rate upon arrival.
5. AVAILABILITY, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
– The company is not responsible for availability or for reservations that have not been paid at the time of registration. Likewise, it does not guarantee the choice of dates or specific rooms if the reservation is not confirmed. Therefore, the user is recommended to complete the selection and payment process for their rooms on the desired dates to ensure their availability.
– Non-refundable rooms.
– In case of No Show, 100% of the paid stay will be charged.
6. INVOICE ISSUANCE AND SUBMISSION POLICIES
1) The tax invoice will be made according to the SAT guidelines, delivering PDF and XML files, and sent to the email provided by the client.
2) The issuance time is 4 business days from the registration of the payment.
3) It is the client’s responsibility to provide complete and updated tax information, including:
– Name or company name
– RFC (Tax Identification Number)
– Tax regime
– Full address
– Postal code
– Use of CFDI (Digital Tax Receipt)
– Form and method of payment
– Email for sending invoices
4) No invoice cancellations will be made due to the current tax reform. Verify your information carefully before requesting them.
5) Corrections must be requested within the first 3 calendar days from the delivery of the invoice, to the email: judith@vansi.mx .
6) If no tax information is provided, a generic invoice will be issued:
– XAXX010101000 (National)
– XEXX010101000 (Foreign)
7) Check your spam or junk mail folder to confirm receipt.
8) Services from previous months, including December, will not be re-invoiced.
7. ACCEPTANCE
– The request and formalization of the reservation necessarily imply that each and every one of these general conditions, considered as an integral part of the reservation and completed with the conditions of the rate and the specific applicable legislation, are expressly accepted by you.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
– This contract will be governed and submitted to the jurisdiction and competence of current Mexican legislation, therefore, the parties waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domiciles or for any other reason.
