Restrictions – One-Day Access Ticket
- The one (1)-day access ticket is valid exclusively for the date selected during the registration process.
- This ticket only grants access to the activities, sessions, and benefits scheduled for the day purchased. It does not include access to events, sessions, or benefits on other dates of the congress.
- Access will be limited to the registered day only. Entry will not be allowed before or after the selected date, even if the congress is still ongoing.
General policies
- Registration is not transferable to another person and cannot be changed to a different congress date under any circumstances.
- All registrations and the corresponding payment are final and non-refundable.
- Once registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellation, non-attendance, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or any other situation that prevents the attendee from using the ticket.
Accepted payment methods
- Online payment with credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express – AMEX).
- For payments in dollars (USD), it is recommended to use a digital card for better transaction approval.
